my meaningful tree of ENO

     Soft soil, dark brown roots, thick stem, fresh green leaves. With the potted plant, and water, different tools, the cooperation among Brandon and Stella, several teachers and staffs’ help, on September 20^th, Thursday, I planted my very first tree – white orchid, on the small meadow on my campus.

      Actually, I think that planting trees is planting the hope for our offspring. As the global warming goes worse and worse, what we can try is to retard it and prevent it from becoming more and more serious. Perhaps the effect (e.g. planting)will not be observed immediately, like one month or one year, however, I believe if we can keep it on, the environment will at least better. We must attempt to do something (for example, not to turn on the air-conditioner if possible), instead of continuing ruining ourselves.

     Someday in the future, I can not imagine, if I take my wife (no kids, I’m not willing to have kids) to my school, what we will say, or how the tree will be. A green leaf falls from the tree, telling me, “NIce to see you again…” 

     PS. There is only one tree (planted by us three) still struggling – the others are almost dead. It seems no one has watered them, and neither have I, to be honest… I’m sorry!
